Items shipped within New Zealand will take anywhere between 3-7 days. International orders will take anywhere close to 7-21 days.

Unfortunately all International orders will not have the "track and trace" shipping option available. 

To keep shipping fees to a minimum non tracked will be the only shipping option available for the present time until we find a more suitable solution.

COVID-19: With the current Global Crisis of COVID-19, shipping times will be heavily effected. 

New Zealand Orders: delivery times are expected to take up to 14 days at most.

International Orders: delivery times are expected to take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to arrive.

Unfortunately, We have no control over these circumstances. We appreciate your patience during these hard times.

If your order hasn't arrived within these shipping timeframes, please contact via email with your order number, first and last name! We will try our best to find a solution as fast as possible.

If an order is sent back to us we will email or call you with information provided to confirm everything is correct. the items will then be resent at the buyers expense.
